Built to do this properly from day one
AMFS Employment Sp. z o.o. was founded in 2025 in Łódź, with a clear view of what the staffing market needs: employers and temporary workers who both deserve transparent terms of cooperation. We saw how many agencies in this industry treat paperwork — including the legalization of foreign workers — as a burden to get through. We decided to make it our strength instead.
As a young but deliberately built agency, we prioritize the quality of service over scale for its own sake. Every employer and every candidate gets the attention needed to make the cooperation last, not just a single transaction.
