Juliana Tuwima 48/11, 90-021 Łódź, Poland, NIP 7252353859, KRS 0001163681, entered in the register of entities operating employment agencies under KRAZ number 34360 (the "Controller"). The Controller can be contacted at biuro@amfsemployment.pl. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment process and, where consent is given, future recruitment processes, including presenting your candidacy to prospective employers on whose behalf the Controller provides temporary staffing services. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), i.e. the consent of the data subject. Your personal data and any attached documents will be stored for a period of 6 months from the date your application is submitted, after which they will be permanently deleted, unless separate consent is given for them to be stored for longer for the purpose of future recruitment processes. Recipients of your data may include employers to whom the Controller intends to assign you for temporary work, as well as entities providing IT and hosting services to the Controller. Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to take part in the recruitment process conducted by the Controller. You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
